After your first treatment, you will immediately notice cleaner, clearer, brighter, tighter and smoother skin. Regular, frequent treatments lead to optimal results. Improvements will accelerate after each additional session. Please note that everyone’s skin is unique and individual results may vary.

Just like your laundry, we believe in establishing a cycle based on your individual skin concerns. Our experts will create a treatment plan and advise on how often you should come in to help achieve your personal skin goals. To maintain healthy, glowing skin we recommend signing up for one of our Laundry Club memberships.

 

All Skin Laundry facials are performed by qualified therapists. Each and every professional therapist receives rigorous and ongoing training on Skin Laundry protocols. We also have: Dr Sandro Furiati – Our Medical Director & Specialist Dermatologist with 15+ years experience as a leading Specialist Dermatologist with outstanding experience across clinical dermatology, aesthetics and skincare. 

  

 

Just like doing laundry, we believe in establishing a weekly routine to maintain clean, bright, healthy skin. Once you have achieved your personal skin goals like clearing acne, sunspots or scars, we recommend a weekly Laser Facial. On average, Skin Laundry clients receive three facials per month.

Answer: We offer three different levels of memberships each designed to help you reach your skin goals. Learn more here. During your first visit our team of skin experts will create a customized treatment plan with recommendations of which membership would best suit you.

Bookings & Cancellations

Appointment Reminders: 
All clients will receive a reminder about their upcoming appointments 48 hours in advance. 

New Clients: 
Before your treatment, you will be required to complete our medical intake form at the clinic. Once completed, our therapist will review your medical information and suitability prior to your treatment. We will also explain what to expect during your session. Don’t forget to bring your ID! 

No-show Policy: 
We have a strict no-show policy and request that new clients arrive on time. Cancellations and rescheduling must be done with at least 6 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a late cancellation fee of £25 subject to insufficient notice. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be cancelled. If there is availability, we will do our best to fit you in later the same day. Please note that new clients who fail to notify us about a cancellation will forfeit their eligibility for the first-time offer. 

For existing Laundry Club Members and Package Holders, we kindly ask that you provide at least 6 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to give sufficient notice three or more times may result in a deduction of the treatment credit from your membership or package. 

Late Policy: 
Please arrive on time to ensure the smooth flow of appointments. In the event of a delay, we will make every effort to accommodate you, but it may result in rescheduling your appointment. 

Cancellations: 
For Recurring Memberships, there is a minimum commitment of 3 months, after which you may cancel.  

To cancel, please complete the Cancellation Request Form found at this link: https://forms.office.com/r/7Suc8mszvF. The cancellation request must be submitted 7 days before your next billing date. If you fail to do so, your membership will auto-renew, and you will be billed. Upon cancellation, any remaining treatment credits must be used by the next billing date, as refunds for unused benefits are not provided. 

For Package Holders, no cancellation is required. Once paid, refunds are not available, but you may exchange the value for other services or transfer the remaining credit to a family member or friend. 

We practice a strict no refund policy on treatments, packages and memberships offerings.

Shipping:

  • Enjoy Free Shipping on orders of £50 or more, available for shipping addresses within the United Kingdom. To qualify, your order’s total must include at least £50 of full-price merchandise.

Product Returns:

  • We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging, purchased either at our clinics or online at www.skinlaundry.uk, for a full refund within 14 days with the original receipt. Clients are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returns.
  • Online orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase by emailing info@skinlaundry.uk or calling +44 (0) 20 3976 8978. Once an order has shipped or is being processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Period:

  • You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item for a refund or exchange.
  • Skin Laundry products bought from other retailers are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Returns without the original order receipt or proof of purchase will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
  • Skin Laundry UK is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with the original packaging.
  • Skin Laundry gift cards are non-returnable and non-replaceable.

How to Return:

  1. By Mail:

  • Fill out the Returns Form included in your package and send it along with the item(s) back to us using a carrier of your choice. Include your order number, name, email, mailing address, and phone number in case we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item or defective product). If you received the item as a gift and prefer not to refund the original purchaser, note this on the Returns Form, and we will issue a gift card instead.
  • Returns that do not include original order details or are received after 14 days are not eligible for return or refund.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

     2 In-Store:

  • Bring your unopened product with the original receipt or proof of purchase to any Skin Laundry UK clinic. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days. Alternatively, you may exchange the product for another of equal value or receive store credit via a gift card.
